The brand is a nationally recognized weight loss and fitness influencer specializing in women's health.
Challenge
The brand had previously worked with a few PPC management agencies that managed their accounts. They often faced challenges balancing revenue in paid search, returning on ad spend in their competitive niche, and reaching their overall goals. Over time, their account structure became disorganized and difficult to manage. The brand sought out a PPC expert who could help increase her return on ad spend, generate more revenue, and get their account back on track.
Approach
Our initial strategy for the brand began with optimizing and restructuring their Google Adwords account in order to give us the best opportunity for success. We started with great efforts of analyzing historical search terms, categories, and product performance and funneled that data into a new campaign structure solely focused on utilizing Pmax campaigns. The Pmax campaigns were split into two groups: Retargeting and Cold Search Intents.
Results
After a few months, we saw a significant return on ad spend and revenue increase that continues to climb. As a result, our current goals are focused on scaling revenue past $60,000 per month while maintaining an 8x ROAS minimum.
