Overview

The brand is a children's gymnastics and recreation gym franchise based in New York.

Challenge

When We took over the brand account, they ran one traffic campaign with no targeted interests and no efforts for retargeting. In addition, there were no actions being tracked outside of clicks, so actual ROAS or engagement was unknown.

Approach

We began with reworking all of their pixel and GTM tracking to ensure each conversion path step could be tracked and/or optimized. After that was complete, we reworked an entire funnel to focus on Cold and Retargeting audiences with improved copy and graphics that were correctly sized for each placement.

Results

High-quality tracking, correct graphic sizing, and a correctly structured funnel are key to Facebook and Instagram ad success. Just these changes turned the brand bleeding campaigns into high ROAS engines. They are continuing to scale spend and are about to launch on Google.
